Three steps to knowing

No PhD required.

Step 1

Pick a Supplement

Choose from 70+ evidence-backed templates or scan a barcode. Dosing, duration, and target metrics are pre-configured.

Step 2

Log Daily

Proofwise auto-imports your biomarkers from Apple Health. Just confirm your dose each day — everything else is automatic.

Step 3

See Your Results

Get ranked results showing what changed most. Statistical significance, effect sizes, and plain-English conclusions — no guesswork.

Your body. Your data.
Your experiments.

Everything you need to optimize your supplement stack with confidence.

70+ Experiment Templates

Creatine, Magnesium, Omega-3, Ashwagandha, and more — pre-configured with dosing protocols and target metrics. Just pick and start.

Apple HealthKit Integration

Auto-import HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, workouts — no manual logging for biomarkers. Any wearable that syncs with Apple Health works out of the box.

Econometrically Sound Analysis

Permutation tests, NAP effect sizes, Bayesian posteriors — the same methods used in clinical N=1 trials. Not vibes, math.

Auto-Discovery

Don’t specify which metrics to track — Proofwise finds what changed and ranks results by impact. Discover effects you didn’t expect.

Privacy First

Your health data stays on your phone — no account, no health-data cloud. Anonymous crash and usage diagnostics only, never your biomarkers.

“Population studies tell you what works for the average person. Proofwise tells you what works for you.”

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before starting your first experiment.

What is an N=1 experiment?
An N=1 experiment is a scientific method where you are both the researcher and the single subject. Instead of relying on population averages, you run a controlled experiment on yourself — tracking a baseline period, introducing an intervention (like a supplement), and comparing the results with real statistics. It’s the gold standard for personalized health optimization.
Do I need a science background?
Not at all. Proofwise handles all the experimental design and statistical analysis for you. Just pick a supplement, follow the guided protocol, and get clear, visual results. We translate the math into plain-English conclusions like “Omega-3 likely improved your resting heart rate.”
Is my health data safe?
Yes. Your biomarkers, experiments, and HealthKit data stay on your device — there's no account and no health-data cloud. We use anonymous crash and usage diagnostics (TelemetryDeck, Sentry) to keep the app working, and barcode scans are looked up via Open Food Facts, but we never upload your health information, sell your data, or share it with third parties. See our privacy policy for the full details.
What supplements can I test?
Anything that might affect a measurable biomarker. Common experiments include creatine, magnesium, omega-3, ashwagandha, vitamin D, and caffeine — but you can test any supplement, habit, or routine change. Proofwise comes with evidence-backed templates for popular protocols, and you can create fully custom experiments.
How long does an experiment take?
Most experiments run 4–6 weeks: about 2 weeks of baseline measurement followed by 2–4 weeks of treatment. Shorter experiments are possible but may lack statistical power. Proofwise guides you on the optimal duration based on your chosen biomarker and the effect size you’re looking for.
Is Proofwise free?
Proofwise is free during the beta. Join the waitlist to be among the first users when we launch on iOS. We’ll share pricing details before any paid plans — early users will always get special treatment.
What devices are supported?
Proofwise is available on iOS with Apple Health integration. Any wearable that syncs with Apple Health works out of the box — Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, and more. Android support is on the roadmap.
